Coho Salmon is the mildest of all of the Wild Salmons we carry. Its flavor profile allows for creative cooking and pairing with a variety of ingredients, sauces, and flavors, making it a favorite choice for chefs and home cooks alike. Our Coho is caught using hook and line trolling gear by a single fishing vessel (the Jani K) in Southeast Alaska. With healthy populations, Alaska Coho is sustainable and green listed by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. |
