If you think about it, we all just want to get the best results possible in & out of the gym, right? ...and while your goal might be to lose 20, 40, even 100 pounds or more ... pack on lean muscle before summer ... or a combination of the two as you work to simply be healthier overall this year... To earn the real results we're looking for right now, we're going to have to put in the work. Then, to capitalize on that hard work ... we need to focus on recovery after our workouts! |
