With seemingly unlimited distractions at our fingertips these days... It can be very easy to get caught up in mindlessly scrolling through social media ... binge-watching our favorite shows ... or doing whatever activities keep us up at night... ...and as these things become part of our routine, we can start to develop poor sleeping habits.
