Hi there 👋 This Day Is Hard to Talk About ⬇️⬇️⬇️  I don't share this part of my life often but what happened next reminded me how incredible dogs truly are.      Dogs have a way of sensing things we can't explain. Flip refused to leave my side, and somehow, his panic told me something was seriously wrong.      Because of Flip, help arrived in time. I still think about how close we came to losing that moment.      It's wild to think that the same dog I once pulled from a shelter is the one who saved my life. That kind of bond changes you forever.     It happened years ago but I was finally able to write the entire story in my new book Sitting With Dogs in the hope that it reminds people why rescue matters.   Whether you foster, adopt, or volunteer—just know you might be saving more than one life. ❤️🙏
