What hydration should I be using? When it comes to hydration, what you'll drink the most of is the right one for you. For most athletes, that means rotating 3 different hydrations to avoid flavor fatigue. Here's what's in my rotation right now: A. LMNT (Lemonade Flavor) B. The Feed Lab Tropical C. Precision PH 1000 I should add that I've also been trying out Dr. Hydrate and Cadence 500. Both are new and about to move into my rotation. Dr. Hydrate has exceptional flavors and some great additional minerals that most hydrations don't have. 2. What supplements do I take? I sort of hate taking too many pills every day, so I'm really picky about what makes it into my daily routine. I'm focusing here on performance over daily routine. I recommend the following for athletes (in this order): A. Nitric Oxide Pro (must-have daily for me) B. SwissRX Synthesis (also a must-have for strength and recovery) C. Multi Vitamin (SwissRX or Thorne are the best options) 3. What am I most excited about for 2026? Leaning into my "I don't want too many pills" comment—just a few weeks ago we launched Formulas Foundation. This could be the product I'm most excited about, "that's my secret" for 2026. Foundation is the ultimate powder blend so you don't have to take almost 30 pills. Here was the situation, when I make a protein shake, I'm grabbing my SwissRX Collagen, my 5g of Creatine, my Gut Defense, and I'm scooping out of all of these to make my shake. First, I make a mess. Second, I don't always measure right. Third, it's just sort of a pain and takes up more pantry space than I have. So I decided to fix this. I made Formulas Foundation. The fundamental daily powders all in one single-serving sachet. Pre-measured. No scoop. No tubs. Super portable. While every athlete should be taking these powders daily, you don't need to be an athlete. I have my parents on it and anybody focused on improving their health and wellness should have what's in foundations in their daily routine. Especially those of us over 50!. You could take it daily. I find that I'm usually at 4 to 5 days a week, and I spoke with Dr. Sprouse and he said 4 to 5 days is a great target. Better to be consistent than overly disciplined and lose your consistency over time. Foundation has everything you need: Add it to your protein shake or drink it on its own. I like it with milk (dairy or non-dairy)—works best for me over water. Plus, it's over a 30% savings over buying each product individually.
